About This Event

Join us on Tuesday, November 4 at 7 p.m., when Executive Editor at the Maine Trust for Local News, Carolyn Fox, will sit down at One Longfellow Square for a conversation with Rebecca Corbett, Senior Editor at The New York Times.

About Our Guest

Rebecca Corbett is Senior Editor at The New York Times and has played a central role in shaping some of the most significant investigative reporting of the past two decades. She was the lead editor behind the Pulitzer Prize–winning coverage that exposed sexual harassment by Harvey Weinstein and contributed to a wider examination of workplace abuse across industries.

After graduating from Colby College, Corbett began her career at the Morning Sentinel in Waterville, Maine. She later honed her journalistic tenacity at The Baltimore Sun, where she spent 25 years. In 2004 she moved to The Times, where she has overseen investigations into national security, policing, workplace culture, and the Supreme Court.
